Sunday - 4:00 p.m.- 6:00 p.m. (Pick-up & Drop-Off Only)
Office hours vary around holidays and we are CLOSED to customers on all major Holidays.
- A $20.00 After Hours Pick-Up Fee is Based on Availability
- Doggy Daycare is only offered Monday - Friday, unless your pet is boarding with us over the weekend. (Appointment Only)
- Pick-Up and Delivery / Pet Taxi are only offered during normal business hours.
- We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of non-holiday reservations and 72 hours notice of cancellation for Holiday reservations. Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Eve reservations require seven days notice. The fee for cancelling without proper notice is $50.00
